If you are an elder who is facing some struggles, have a medical issue or disability and needs extra support, the Home Care Package is perfect for you! We will help you register and get the support you need. This can include helping in the home such as gardening, cooking, cleaning or any other domestic duties, taking you out to appointments, social events, shopping or just to explore.
